I just want to communicate by country, but why are there so many laws and regulations?

The main languages are American English, Chinese, British English, French, Filipino, German, Japanese, Indonesian, Malay, Vietnamese, Thai, Spanish, Portuguese, Russian, Hindi, Arabic, and so on—about 16 in total. That should cover roughly 90% of communication without much trouble

but why does each country have so many regulations and so much to configure...

I have to run around until my feet sweat setting everything up. Thanks to that, tokens are leaking away nonstop.. haha
